My order Prestige Atlas *.* Induction cooktop price **** has been picked
up on **/**/** between * PM to * PM but still no status update nor have I
received my refund even on the next day of product pickup my request has
been canceled It has been more than one month but neither my status is
updated nor I have been given my refund every time am given a new date and
told that i will be given my refund but till now have not received my
refund have been found Repeatedly I am being given time on time, neither I
am being called back nor I am being given my refund. But this much time is
being given time and time again, neither I am being called back nor I am
being given my refund and on repeated complaints I am being given a new
date nor that till date refund is being given but my every complaint is
being closed without any update or contact Even after the product is
picked, I am being told that my product has not been picked by giving wrong
updates. My product has been picked up but my request has been canceled yet
I am being told by the delivery boy that there is no pickup, I have also
complained many times but I have not received any contact from the customer
services. Only refund was given, it has been * to *.*months, but on
repeated complaints, within ** hours, the complaint itself is automatically
closed, only I am being made to wait
My product was picked and I was also sent a pickup message but still my
request was canceled and now wrong updates are being given by the delivery
boy that my product is not picked. I was also messaged, yet I am being
cheated that the product has not been picked up.
