I booked a flight for Jaipur to Pune that Pune to Jaipur in October through Happy Easy Go app but due to running work of runway in Pune, airlines requested to cancel the ticket On October *th, I put my request for cancellation of the ticket, one week after that I contacted the airline then they told that my refund initiation has been set. Then I called the customer care of HappyEasyGo and asked them why my refund is not received since then till now they are extending me day by day doing one week one week and my refund is not received yet.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
