I had booked a hotel on **th August then next morning **th August I get a message at *:**am that your booking has been shifted (capital O ***** JP tower to Capital O ***** Prince Residency )
then i called customer support i asked them why my booking was shifted like this he said no problems sir you can check in ,there will be no problem, I said no, you can cancel the booking, otherwise you give me what I had booked earlier , sir from our end. Will not cancel You can create a new booking by canceling yourself. On his request, when I canceled that booking, my hundred percent cancellation charge was levied on me.
Then I contacted the support team, I told them everything, this happened with me, I also said that or you can send me a message before *:** that this has happened, I would have canceled at that time. I don't get cancellation charge then he said sir you don't bother i transfer your call that you wait i am putting your call on hold
Then just say that my calls are being transferred , no one is responding, no one is helping, I am calling again and again ** to ** times a day, once they transfer the call or not Then someone picked me up, came again, put me on hold, kept me on hold for more then ** minutes then call disconnected.
I cancelled the booking at the request of customer care. Then why *** % cancellation charge applied on me, please initiate my refund please
I am tired of calling and messaging
