I had called nobrokers before taking freedom plan asking whether I will get contacts of owners immediately after buying the plan and I recieved a reply of yes.
Hence I purchased the plan on *rd june to get the owner details as I wanted to finalize the house by Sunday ie *th june.
I went from Ahmedabad to Pune on Saturday *th june for the same.
Even after clicking on owner contacts I was not getting any details so I made repetitive calls on your customer service. They said the plan will be activated in few hours, then said in a day but nothing happened.
I was in pune and was calling nobrokers but no response.
I wasted my money on travel and lodging for getting any contacts but I didn't recieve any contacts stating some time lapse /error in activation in system.
I had to come back from pune on *th June as couldn't waste any more time and money waiting for no confirmation from your end. So I approached a local broker for house hunting.
After I came back to Ahmedabad, on * th june evening I started receiving automated messages of contacts
