Nobroker - Refund rejected under Owner plan

I took Nobroker owner refundable plan of ****.** INR on **th Jan ****. Had mentioned that rent/deposit is negotiable during onboarding. I found tenant via other website and informed them the same on Jan **th. Later raised a refund request with a copy of rental agreement on Feb**th. However they have rejected the claim stating rent is mismatching, although it was stated as negotiable. Was just * weeks into the plan with no tenant visits arranged, they are rejecting the plan amount.
Inspite of multiple calls/emails, there was no proper response from them and they just closed my request.
