I ordered two sets of ice creams through Zomato, but I received only one. Additionally, the item I received was in very poor condition—the quantity was significantly less, and it appeared as though it had already been partially consumed.
I am unsure whether this issue occurred at the restaurant’s end or during delivery, but this is completely unacceptable. When I raised the complaint with Zomato, instead of investigating the matter or taking appropriate action, my refund request of ₹*** was simply rejected.
I request that this issue be looked into seriously and appropriate action be taken against those responsible. Such incidents should not be repeated, as they affect customer trust and safety.
Kindly resolve this matter at the earliest.
