I booked for translocation of my household on **th aug **, before payment,sales team made calls till *:** pm for payment. after payment no movement manager was assigned and my booking was scheduled for *rd sept. On **st aug, I cancelled booking as no updates were given to me after multiple follow ups. They initially updated the status as refund initiated, but on *rd sep, it started showing refund rejected please contact customer support.
After that, i called several times to customer support, they said, we will call you back in half an hour, then in two hours, then said that movement manager will call you and we will update you via mail. However no such mail or message recieved yet and even app os still showing refund rejected, please contact customer support for more details. After then, I called and they are only saying technical glitch and no one bothered to update and do anything.
This is completely torture of customer and no support and help is being provided. Nor any refund being initiated. Customer support is just avoiding everything.
I called yesterday, they said your refund has been reinitiated but the app shows otherwise and no confirmation regarding the same was provided to me by msg or mail. Later when pressed on written proof, I received mail from someone's personal ID stating that your refund has been initiated. They said updated status will reflect on your app but till time status is refund rejected, please contact support for more information.
