I had purchased a dress from myntra and received a defective product. When I raised a request for the exchange, Myntra denied my request for the exchange stating that the product was shipped in perfect condition. But that wasn't the case when I received my product. Each time I called customer care, the would say that the product was shipped after complete quality check and it's not their fault and would simply close my case stating that it's resolved. A dreadful experience with Myntra! Terrible service.
