Buddiga Sreevidya filed complaint against Jiomart on Nov 10, 2020
I have selected few groceries in jiomart app and after doing the payment through Amazon Pay UPI, I found that my order Was not created but amount debited. This happened the very next day also when I tried again. On **th October ₹****.** & On **th October ₹****.** . I have been complaining the customer service from **th Oct. But till now I didn't get my refund. The very same thing happened in Bigbasket, but they have refunded my amount. Please help me.
