I added **** in wallet in Feb ** by HSBC card, this amount was not used, and using suprdaily by making instant payment for the orders further as they were not giving any cashback on wallet transactions. In august ** i made several orders amount nearby *** from cred, SBI card and amazon. Further i was not happy from their delivery timings so told to close the wallet and refund my amount left in wallet. They refunded the amount but it was not from the source from where it was debited in the start(HSBC card). They reversed my recent transactions of CRED, amazon etc. Due to that each merchant is deducting the cashback given before refunding by assuming that transactions cancelled but actually these transactions were fully settled and no need to cancel/reverse.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
