Initially my deliveries got canceled by Super daily and I received messaged that, we have processed refund on your request for delivery cancellation.
When I called customer care they told me that my area is not serviceable, I told the that my neighbor wings/ building are receiving Super daily services. They all were clueless and told me they will revert back. No one called me, and on checking my complaint status, It shows complaint resolved.
I booked for another subscription which got delivered for * days and now Super daily have paused my deliveries for * years and not accepting my complaints.
My money is also blocked due to delivery paused.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
