Recently, one of my family members on whose mobile / email we were operating our SuperDaily account has moved out and relocated to a different city, outside of Mumbai.
I was informed by your customer care team that the only way I could update my mobile number was to close down the existing account and open / switch to a new account with a new mobile number.
Therefore, I registered a request to close down my existing SuperDaily account registered under mobile no ********** and open a new account under mobile no **********.
I write to you today seeking some basic details pertaining to a couple of refund transactions initiated to CRED app from your end as a part of the closure of my Super Daily account. Please refer trailing mail from CRED asking for the same.
I need the 'Order ID' against the following refund transactions refunded TO CRED app from your end -
*) Rs ***.** initiated on *th Nov
*) Rs ***.** initiated on *th Nov

As highlighted by CRED in the mail below they are unable to trace the transactions from the 'refund id' as is mentioned on your app and need the 'ORDER ID' against which these refunds have been issued.
Please help here on priority as I've been requesting for these basic details since long now and I'm completely fed up following up with your customer support and chat team on this.
As highlighted earlier, I'm an EXISTING customer with SuprDaily (using new account with mobile no **********) and the way I'm being treated is really disappointing and discouraging.
