Today morning iam booked a room in Oyo app and also payed for that.When I reach the hotel snm at wandoor correct address kodkka they said they are not tie-up with app members so if you need room you paid for that. then I send additional **** for room.at a time they said that booking in Oyo app you should be cancelled,I cancelled bt cannot reach refund in my account....I didn't understand what is the technique of Oyo app so still iam waiting for refund

I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
