I had booked an Indigo from New Delhi to Jeddah for travel date **th Mar'** through Cleartrip. Airline cancelled the flight without intimating the passenger. Indigo has already processed refund amount. Since payment was done through Cleartrip, they are yet to refund the amount. It's been more than * months from the day of ticket booking. Trip ID -************. Getting standard lame response that due to COVID** it is getting delayed.
