Varun Pokhriyal filed complaint against Air India on Mar 27, 2021
I have booked three tickets from Air India on **th May **** and the flight was cancelled due to lockdown.
I did multiple follow-ups on customer care and air India email id "ecommerce@airindia.in".
However, nobody even bothers to give a prompt reply. Customer care always says to mail your refund queries to "ecommerce@airindia.in" and I did tons of mails but no one reply back from the above email id. Pathetic customer service from Air India.
