Nobroker - Refund pending since 7 months

I had reserved a property for rent in pune during March **** with the help of nobroker app where Mr. R.N.V.V Prasad contacted me for the advance amount which he assured is refundable. Due to some circumstances, I had to cancel the property and told Mr Prasad to refund the **,***/- which I paid as advance. After numerous calls and * months he mentions that the refund has been credited to some other person's account. I've kept asking him about the status of my refund since * months on calls and emails which goes unanswered.
