Hi,
This is Mohit Singh Chauhan
I have been waiting for refunds on my two bookings (* tickets) done on Air India App since March this year.
However, no information from anywhere is being provided by Air India.
Not even on the App or the Helpline, which has a wait time of ** minutes to connect.....if you are lucky.
No reply of numerous correspondence mails from me from Air India.....at least acknowledge if you have crunch of money.
Their helplines behave as if we are asking for their money....damn it its my money...will keep you on hold for ** minutes....& then they will disconnect abruptly.
Very painstaking when you see that the wait time to connect is more than ** minutes...if you are lucky...& they do not acknowledge E-Mails.
I am trying to connect since past few months...please reply & initiate the refunds or i will
be forced to go to Twitter or other social media platforms........
Confirmation E-Mails for Bookings & Cancelled Bookings received from Air India are attached for reference.
I have previously also forwarded the same details on

mobilebookings@airindia.in on ** July ****, ** July **** & ** July ****.
