Rohit Goel filed complaint against Travolook on May 3, 2022
I booked a ticket from Delhi to Bangalore on ** Dec'** for ** Dec'**.
After the payment, I received the information mail that the booking process is under process & and after ** mins I received the information mail the booking is cancelled due to expiry of the link.
The mail also stated that the refund will be done in *-* working days.
So, I waited for the refund for some days but it was not processed as mentioned in the mail. So I contacte*d the customer care & they also mentioned the same thing. I contacted them after * week & it went on for *-* weeks. In the mean time I also communicated with t their team on mail & they promised to refund the amount in *-* days. But it did not happened.
For March & April, I did not took follow-up due to personal reasons & now when I checked online, many people have the same experience.
I wrote a mail today as well but no response.
I am still waiting for the refund. Please support.
