I have tried to book a flight ticket on ** July, ****, which was Cancelled due to fare expiration. When I contacted them for refund, they replied in mail that I will get refund within *-* days, but no refund came, I asked again on mail, but this time get a reply that I will get refund with in **-** days. I keep waiting but no refund came, and now its been around ** days since I did the transaction. On twitter and instagram when I complaint about this, I got a response that refund is initiated, please check with your bank. Since I didn't receive any refund mail, neither the refund amount, I tried to cross check again today by sending a mail and got a response again on the similar lines that "Unfortunately, your refund process is taking longer time than usual.
We can offer you an option of “Travolook Wallet” against the refundable amount which can be used for any future booking through our website." , this means they lied on twitter and instagram and no refund is issued yet. They are doing this fraud with hundreds of people, look at their twitter page to know more on that.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
