I have booked flights with GOIBIBO which has been cancelled. Indigo and Air Asia has processed the refunds to GOIBIBO. Goibibo needs to refund back the amount to my bank account. But there is no means to contact GOIBIBO to claim refund. Both the customer service contact number and email ids are non responsive. The chat support has only selected options. Below are the PNR numbers for the bookings.
