I had done hotel reservation on **th of November **** in Udaipur and due to some travel restrictions across states I had to cancel it. I had cancelled my bookings on **th November and was expecting the refund by *st of December ****. It's now Jan *th and the refund has not been processed yet. I have raised multiple complaints to goibibo also have tweeted multiple chains on twitter, even after raising greviances on customer support no refund has still been processed. I request you to please help me with refund processing from Goibibo. It's really frustrating and terrible experience with @goibibo. Booking ID # HTLJLNW*GA
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
