I have booked flight from Hyderabad to Doha with srilankan airlines via cleartrip on Dec * **** and airlines has cancelled the flight on Dec ** ****. Cleartrip confirmed in * to * working days amount will be refunded, however untill today means ** Apr **** i have nt received refund. i have reached cleartrip team multiple attempts and they are assuring that they will resolve issue in * to * working days. Please take this complaint to resolve my refund issue.
