I ordered a product from Tata Cliq on Feb *nd, due to time out issue the transaction failed but money got deducted from my account, I filed a dispute but my bank recharged me(attached screenshots in the complaint before with tata cliq), now I have been running and talking to Vikas(CEO)/Varun/Shweta/Himani/Arun from multiple teams for months but they have not been able to solve my problem. It was a transaction of ***** INR and has been over *** days and I have no idea where my money is(frustrated).
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
