i booked ticket from sharjah to mumbai on ** june ****.due to covid flight was canceled and they gave voucher for it.with that voucher i booked ticket for travel between sharjah to tiruchirappali on * apirl **** and return journey on ** june **** and there was a balance voucher for AED *** the airindia express office staff told we can use that balance for future booking. Due to covid return journey cant be done. We contacted the booking office they canceled the ticket and gave voucher after deducting the cancelation charges .without including balance voucher amount. I contacted customer care they are telling we cant process the voucher for the remaining fed-up with them by emailing again again and waiting for long time
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
