I am customer of dish TV dth service, I am not getting signal from march-****, I have complain lots of time, their technician come just do with something to antenna and it's get signal for which I have to pay RS.*** their visiting charge and if I asked for receipt technician said you can call if problem occur again again after ** days the same problem, when I call the technician he said that warranty is just of * month and again I have to register complain to dth and again did this and have to pay again RS.*** for which they don't give receipt, again after ** days the same problem, so I fed up and thought of switching the dish TV to Tata sky, buy since I already paid for annual subscription my money got stuck so I request them to refund or either transfer it to other VC. No, their executive promise me that they will transfer my balance to other VC no. Now Everytime they asked same question and asked me to send to their customercare email-id the screenshot of my passbook of that payment and receipt I have send it but to my knowledge they have blocked all registered email-id of customer so they don't get written complain, I am having audio record of our discussion and screenshot of my receipt that I have send

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
