I have ordered cake on birthday and while placing order I clearly mentioned in swiggy app for birthday message but when I got the delivery and open it then I shocked they didn’t written that message and even cake is also spilled in boxes. I have raised complaint but they are not listening at all. Even I contacted via X (twitter) but still no response.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
