Red Bus - Refund on the ticket

I booked a ticket on **.**.** through redbus application in phone pe. travel was from Bidar to Mumbai on **th Nov'** & bus departure timing from bidar was * p.m. through Citizen travels. On **th Nov'** I got a message stating that the bus has been cancelled due to bus break down. I contacted phone pe, red bus & bus operator all of them agreed that the bus is cancelled & amount will be refunded within * working days. Same message I got repeatedly till **th Nov'**. So i looked for other convenience.
But on the date of travel i.e. on **th Nov'** at around ** : ** p.m. I received a message that the bus will be at bidar around * : p.m. & asked for reporting time as *: ** p.m.
How can they inform on a short period, I was already out of the town by that time by my own convenience.
Same thing I Complained to redbus , phone pe & bus operator no one is responding & nor refunding my amount for the inconvenience caused to me.
