Pallavi G filed complaint against Myntra on Apr 9, 2023
Myntra has refused to accept that I have returned them proper shirt, which was bought and returned as it wasn't fitting properly.
The pick up agent, from Myntra Logistics(as confirmed by one of their employees on call) has picked up the shirts, and one of them is refunded and other shirt is put on hold.
As I was on continuous call, few of myntra Employees said, the shirt wasn't picked up, few said tag was missing one of them said the shirt is damaged. They are not giving clarity on why the refund is on pause.
The pick up person also confirm me about sending both shirts to Myntra.
I need help in getting my refund.
As I don't have the shirt neither my money.
