I had ordered a Gini and Jony Shirt for my * year old son.The shirt which i received was different from the one which I had ordered.Thus I had returned the product. However they have picked the shirt and kept the request on hold.I am yet to receive the refund amount.My son had not even tried the shirt.We had received the shirt on *th Jan **** and I had raised a return request on the same day.Infact i was about to raise the refund request immediately after opening the shirt but the courier guy had not marked the status as delivered. Now nor have i got the refund and neither the shirt is with me.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
