Travolook - Refund on flight tickets

I had booked my tickets from Mangalore to Mumbai using travolook website. The first time I booked my ticket they cancelled and never refunded my money, and when asked they would say you'll receive it in * days, you'll receive it in * days but never recieved, but put it to travolook wallet within hours. This happened the first time. Now coming to *nd time, I had booked and cancelled due to personal reasons and they said that you'll receive it as soon as the airlines send us the money, and I personally asked to the airlines regarding the same, they said they have already refunded from their end and it's already reached the agents. But when asked travolook they say they never received the money and still ask us to wait, still didn't receive the money. And the third time is now, they cancelled the flight and they're not refunding my money. Travolook is acting too smart. Please bring justice to us. I know I'm not the only one facing this problem.
