Swiggy - Refund on cancelled delivery

I placed an order and then it showed the expected delivery time is going to be ** to **mins and i cancelled the order * min of placing it and i was been told that refund is not possible because of the policy and how is that fair if a person has cancelled within * min and they are been charged a cancellation fee the whole amount they paid thats ridiculous and i was been hung up by * different customer service representative thats completely ridiculous thats not how someone should run business its unfair i will not get the service or order i placed and i will still be charged for that even if i have cancelled it within * min the order was not even been started preparing and they charging the whole amount worst experience ever even with the company and with the customer service as well.
