Dear Oyo team
I booked my hotel through oyo app on ** june ****, But when i went to hotel, So hotel receptionist told me that you don’t have any booking for ** june ****, So i checked my oyo app, So that app showed me automatically checked out for the day, But my amount of ****/- still not received and no any confirmation received about that, So i want my money back As soon as possible.

Even after cancellation of booking. Money not refunded yet.
I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
I was denied check in at an oyo hotel after having a confirmed booking, I was told to pay extra to get a hotel room directly without a booking.
