Hi,
This is regarding refund of the two bookings with PNR numbers ******** (Mumbai - vijayawada) and ******** (pune to vijayawada) which was booked on the date **th april **** and the travel date is *th may , ****. Unfortunately both were cancelled by the Bus operator due to extension of lockdown.I have tried to reach for the Refund by calling many times.,through manyways , but did not received the refund total of **,*** till now.
Please find both the attachments. and requesting you to refund the amount as soon as possible.
