I had ordered from Zomato on **th April with order#********** where the order wasn't delivered by the delivery person to me and it was marked as delivered.
After contacting the delivery guy, he mentioned it was his first day and he didn't know how it works, and spoke rudely with me. After reaching out to your customer support, I was refunded the orginal amount of INR ***/- to my account but was promised *** Zomato credits would be refunded as a token of apology within ** hours. Its
been more than * days now and I haven't received it yet. I contacted Zomato app as well as email support, but just received bunch of automated replies without resolution.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
