Nobroker - Refund of Token amount

I had selected property on nobroker by looking on noboker website. I had given token amount of * Lacs to Nobroker for purchased of property of ** Lacs rs. when we had applied for the home loan that time we came to know that Conveyance Deed of Society is not yet done. Because of this reason bank denied loan on the same property. As per MOU signed between us and nobroker if the Loan denied against the property by bank and if the legal opinion taken by buyer based on the property documents is dissatisfactory and the legal report shared over email to No broker to be produced within ** days from the date of payment we are eligible for full refund of advance given. I have told them regarding home loan denied by bank and informed them for refund. but after multiple follow up with them. They are not giving refund of token amount of Rs. * Lacs. Request you to kindly help with the refund.
