Nobroker - Refund of Token amount for property

I had finalized a property in Wakad Pune through Nobroker. I was constantly pestered to pay a token. I was verbally assured many times that anytime I can change my mind and change the property or get a refund. I paid the amount of RS ***** using the details sent on the mail. At that time I overlooked the terms mentioned that the amount will be refunded if there is some issue with the papers of the property. Although before starting any process of verification I decided not to go ahead with the deal due to my own unforseen circumstances. I contacted Nobroker for my token amount refund but they denied stating that it was mentioned on the mail that only in case of document issues , I can get my refund. I have asked them to state the same in an email again that it's denied and also show in a legal terms and conditions document. I had not ticked on any terms and conditions document nor signed any document. I have the payment screenshot which I can attach. The only reason I paid was due to constant calls that the property is in high demand , so please block it and don't worry as NOBROKER is buyer centric and they won't pass on the money to the seller until all processes are completed.
