We had booked two tickets from Kullu to Delhi through yatra.com and paid ₹ ****/- via debit card. These two tickets were subsequently cancelled very much in time to receive ***% refund, as per Yatra's terms and conditions. They responded to our emails, saying that a representative shall contact us for processing the refund, but, till date nobody has contacted us and now they're not responding even and refusing to refund our money.
We fell again in the fraud trap by contacting GRAHAKSEWA and paying another ₹ ***/-, they have also stopped responding to our calls.
We are absolutely flabbergasted to say the least.
We are approaching you as we still have faith and believe that not everyone is doing frauds or cheating innocent people online and there is no way possible to get justice.
We request you to please help us get our hard earned money back and possibly get these companies what they deserve.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
