The ticket platform company (Travolook) has promised to refund the money spent for ticket by me on their platform on Jan **, ****. Their communication indicated that the refund will be done in ** working days, it's been way longer than that I haven't heard anything proactively from them or got a response my follow ups, my last communication was done with a customer support personnel on call who committed to respond via email and get the refund done and dishonoured the said commitment. Request you to proceed with next steps (legal notice or the step you deem right).
