Xpressbees delivery - Refund of the product not received

I ordered a shoes from AJIO which I couldn’t cancel as was shipped already, they told me to not accept the order. But when the delivery boy from xpressbees came, he told me to accept it and the payment was cod so I paid him and then told me to put a return request but later when I checked the website, it didn’t show that the product was delivered so I couldn’t return it. I complained a lot of times but didn’t get a proper response, so few days later the delivery boy came back and told me that he would take the product back and give the refund as he gets it from the ware house. But that took long so he told me that he would give me from his salary. Now neither did he come home nor is he picking up calls. I have a picture of his Aadhar card, if you can check on your side
