Xpressbees delivery - Package not delivered

I have faced immense mental harassment from this delivery company. I had placed a prepaid order for which a paid INR ****. The order was supposed to be delivered on *.*.**. It's been several days and they are not delivering my products and making false claims everytime I am trying to contact their customer support stating that the order would be delivered in few hours but instead they're falsely remarking on the app that customer denied to take the delivery. I have no reason to reject a prepaid order. This company is acting extremely fraudulent and making false claims and everyday. It has been very bothersome on my part to go through this as a consumer. Either I want my products or my refund along with the damages. This is unacceptable
