Bavitha DS filed complaint against Xpressbees delivery on Oct 4, 2025
My order was placed on **th from kolkata and was estimated to arrive on sakleshpur on **th. But then it was delayed in bangalore and since then it has been showing estimated date as **th but i am yet to receive it. The shipment was orchid plants and the most likely they are dead by now. I had paid a large amount of money for it. Their chat bot said my shipment's status as shortage which usually means it got misplaced or lost. I tried contacting them through mail and called them but no response from their side. Please i want justice for this
