I had paid Rs.***** on **.**.**** to Bonito for interiors of my home. However even after more than ** days there was no progress on my project and therefore I had to cancel the project with them. I want them to refund my Rs.***** since they have not worked on the project.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
