ANANTHARAMAN SANKARARAMANATHAN filed complaint against Zomato on Jun 9, 2022
I ordered dinner from A*B on **/**/**** through Zomato and I made the payment of Rs.***/- through Internet Banking. But, I did not receive any message regarding the order confirmation. The order did not appear in the order history of the Zomato app.
My payment got debited from my account. When I contacted the customer representative from Zomato, they did not respond to me properly.
Now I want the amount to be refunded to my account. I am hereby enclosing the screenshot of the proof of payment made.
Kindly help me to solve this issue.
