Vfs Global - Refund of SMS and Courier Charges

I availed the premium services of VFS, Delhi, while applying for Schengen Family Visa to Germany, despite having paid the same charges online earlier. VFS Delhi office assured that the excess payment of SMS and Courier charges would be refunded as it's included in the premium services. But despite applying for a refund and submitting the desired documents in February I haven't received the refund.
