They are asking for a rental agreement post-processing of the payment and if we are unable to provide the rental agreement then they are deducting the service charges and refunding the amount. This is clear case of cheating because there are other service provider who provide same kind of service like CRED, PAYTM, PHONEPE, HOUSING.com, they ask for any documents before processing and not after deducting the amount like NOBROKER.com and cheating the customer and following such procedure they are looting the consumers
Its not only me many others have same complaint againsts them, you can check online it is everywhere. But you do not see such complaints online against there competitor
who are providing the same kind of service. Just imagine the kind of money they are making doing such things, customer is helpless in such cases
