Shoppers Stop - Refund of Rsnot getting though reverse pick up done before 2 months

Order no *********, reverse pick up was done in august , still I haven't get any refund from their site. I have talked with them so many times and also shared my bank statement. Till date no refund has been made from their site.i am also sharing my bank statement for your reference.
