i booked ola prime suv for round trip on sat *th oct with CRN no **********.first the driver didn’t turn on the ac even after requesting him several times and saying that my * year old daughter is feeling sufficated due to heat. For this my daughter vomitted twice and her health condition deteriorated and caused me financial and mental agony and also physical stress. After reaching pondicherry the driver suddenly told that his father has passed away and abandoned the trip midway. Since it was a round trip i again have to face financial loss. After few hours i saw the driver in pondicherry waiting for another trip that clearly suggests that he has make false reasons to abandon the trip. This is clearly a fraud done by ola. I contacted the ola support team on the same day and they opened a complaint ticket number. After ** days the ticket raised asked me to provide my account details for processing refund of Rs ****/-. I provided all the details but till now no refund was done and also the complaint was closed. Not only that even if i try to open the complaint to view the details it clearly showed technical error. After that i contacted the customer service of ola thrice but everytime they have provided a different complaint ticket no avoiding refund.the last call i made to the number ***-********,******* on ** nov clearly told me that i will get the refund to my account within ** hrs.but still i have not received any refund till date.
