Ola cab chennai - Ols cheating drivers

Customer booked rental package within few kms due to medical emergency he wants cut the package. Ola showed up ****+ but customer gave only *** based on the kms he traveled. As a driver I told raise complaint to adjust amount. But instead he argued due to his personal emergency. As it s medical emergency I could hold him for long time and customer line not reachable from driver app. Customer not interested to do neither compliant nor call. After that raise complaints from driver to adjust amount. Ola side told it takes **hrs and if the customer confirmed on payment amount will be adjust. Till *days didn't get response called for resolution. Came to know that the complaint got closed with in * days and without any changes. Ola side didn't give any update for that and now they are telling I'm the responsible for that amount as I closed trip. They are saying as It was a package full amount should be paid. But they cannot ask customer for that.
