Ola claims that they gave me postpaid option and I have opted to pay by postpaid on one of the rides.
I have always paid for Ola rides by cash and was never aware of this. I still paid by cash for this ride as well.
Now Ola is harrassing me with calls and messages.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
