I had booked * return flight tickets of Jetairways airlines on **th Feb **** through Goibibo travel agent from Mumbai -London -Washignton DC dated **th May **** to **th June ****. However due to bankruptcy Jet airways was shut down and our flight was cancelled. I have been requesting for my refund to GOIBIBO since April **** till date but I havent got my refund of Rs. ******/- till date. My PNR no is WAJEJI and booking id with GOIBIBO is RUAVJ*JG*. I lost my brother in law last year and hence I am in urgent need of funds hence request you to kindly intervene to process my refund asap.
